At the end of last year I began to write out my prayers and goals for 2022. I had a lot of excitement about what I wanted to accomplish. When 2022 began I started to get to work and I am on a roll! It hasn’t all been easy but I know in order to reach my goals I have to put some meaningful actions into place.

Last month I released my first book “Trusting God Through Transition” . I wrote this book during the pandemic as I was transitioning out of the military into a whole new life. So many changes were taking place at that time but being a person of intention and adventure, I kept my head down and I continued to march forward. I knew what I wanted my world to look like after the military and I did the work to get there. Matter of fact, I’m still doing the work.

Many times we find ourselves faced with challenges as we are moving into something new or different and if we aren’t careful we will slack off or become complacent. Can you relate? Have you ever set out to do something with great intention but just didn’t feel like doing it? Can I ask you a question? What’s the motivation behind what you’re doing? What’s driving you? What’s the purpose? Is it to have better health, build better relationships, learn a new skill? There are a number of achievements and accomplishments we want to go after but we can’t allow our limitations to get in the way.

As we’re coming to the close of the first quarter of the year I want to challenge you to take a moment and see what you’ve done with these first 90 days. Where do you want to go from here? How will you get there? If you’re unsure and need some assistance would you allow me the opportunity to COACH you? Transitioning from one phase of life to the next is what I specialize in. Either way I hope you will continue to march forward.
